Scott started his career as a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer, practicing in both the UK and Australia.

Returning to the UK and drawing on the candidate journey he had himself experienced as a lawyer, he established a legal recruitment business with a mission to help lawyers lead fulfilling careers.
